Riley Rose

Right after work on Friday, I picked up Ry for Girls Night. We came to my house, unloaded her stuff from the car, and I changed clothes. As mentioned before, Ry was dressed up, so I put on a cocktail dress and we went out for pizza.

After dinner, we stopped by the grocery store to pick up cupcake materials and candy for decorating. When we got home, we decided that Rosey should have a walk, so we jogged her around the block before baking.

Once the cupcakes were out of the oven, we walked to the park and swung under the stars for a while. By the time we got back, they were cool enough to decorate...

We had a birthday party, "alone together" as we called it...

And ate in the clubhouse.

Then we crawled into bed and watched Looney Tunes.

We slept in until 9 and then ate breakfast on the back patio. Happy Birthday, Ry.
