Last Wednesday night, Mike and I had dinner at my Dad's house. He's getting ready to migrate south for the winter, so it was nice to spend some time over there before he leaves. I took a few pictures, and naturally, they were all of the kids.

Milo attached to Indigo's leg.

Me and Indi being silly together, as usual.

Well, at least I'm not pinching his cheeks, right?

On Friday left to spend some time at the Macs. We had such a good time catching up, watching movies, playing with the dogs, enjoying meals together, etc... We were also finally able to have that lunch we missed a few weeks ago with Mike's Grammy.

While in town, we were able to schedule a visit with the Arons. Mike had gotten a chance to meet baby Abigail at work a few weeks ago, but I hadn't yet, so it was really fun! We brought her this little winter outfit, and Chad sent us this picture yesterday. Isn't she PRECIOUS?!

On Sunday afternoon, after a trip to the Farmer's Market for pumpkins and a trip to Costco for some random stuff we needed, Debbie asked Mike to dig up some sweet potatoes from her incredible garden.

Well, digging them up was pretty fun, but not as good as eating them...

Last night we made sweet potato fries for dinner and they were YuMMy! It is impossible to beat fresh produce, gardened with love.

We also carved our pumpkins last night, which was a blast. We're really excited for Friday!

I struggled for a few minutes with whether or not I should carve an Obama pumpkin, but I ultimately decided that nothing is much scarier than politics, so it seems appropriate in that regard...

Yes We Can.

Please, oh please, say that we will.
