Sleep: I've been sleeping alright but I've gotten less because we have been so busy with Thanksgiving, traveling, and preparing for Florida.
Best moment this week: Hmm... there were a lot of good ones! Thanksgiving was really nice, two nights of Widespread Panic were awesome, and scheduling our ultrasound was really fun. Hearing the baby's heartbeat again definitely trumps everything else. It's just magic.
Movement: I have been having little flutters here and there but no obvious kicks or anything. The midwife said she could tell that the baby was really active through the Doppler and that it's definitely possible that I've been feeling it. That gave me a little more confidence that the little bubbles and flutters might actually be movement, especially if there's an active little one in there. :)
Gender: We find out next Tuesday, December 8th at 11:00am. Woohoo!
Labor Signs: Thankfully, none.
Stretch Marks? No, ma’am.
Belly Button in or out? In.
Cravings/Aversions: I'm still loving fruit. I ate a fried pickle chip in Charleston that pretty much rocked my world. I'd love to get my hands on some more but I wouldn't even know where to start looking...
Red meat is still on the no-go list.
What I miss: Going to concerts and not feeling completely worn out the next day. I'll tell you what, two nights of panic is WAY harder preggo than it was beforehand. It may be the last show we go to before babymac is here, so we tried to enjoy it a little extra. Don't hold me to that though, if I'm feeling good when spring tour rolls around, watch out, mama might be shaking her booty...
What I am looking forward to: Seeing family and old friends in Florida and celebrating my brother's wedding, getting a new sister-in-law, and, you know, counting down every second until next Tuesday!
Weekly Wisdom: Sew a few oats before the baby comes. I have no idea what to expect, but I have a feeling life is about to become a little bit more challenging. Richer and definitely more challenging.
Milestones: Hearing the heartbeat again and scheduling the ultrasound.
Also, the baby can hear now apparently, so I'll count these as the first shows he/she could "enjoy."
p.s. If our child is scared of loud noises when he/she gets here, we'll all know why. :)

Ok so this fried pickle chip craving can be fufilled. There is a place in downtown Greensboro called Fincastles. They are on the main strip of Elm Street. They have fried pickles by the basket and they are SOOOO YUMMY! Definitely make a little detour the next time you are in GSO...it is well worth it...especially if this is a craving! :)
