Note about this picture: the dog is begging for attention because we are doing something that doesn’t involve her. Do you think her world is going to be a little bit rocked next May?Maternity clothes? Affirmative. My biggest issue right now is that I don’t have all that many maternity clothes yet so I have to do laundry all the time. I’m going to have to go shopping soon… Also, I have no clue what I’ll be wearing in Florida since all my maternity clothes are for fall/winter. I’m sure I can figure something out since it’s only for a few days and I’m not too big yet.
Sleep: Not so great this week. I just wake up a lot and am finding myself not wanting to be on my stomach for longer than a few minutes.
Best moment this week: Having dinner with Holly and Caleb and getting to visit before their little man makes his appearance any old time now.
Also, I’ve finally gotten to the point where I don’t care if I look pregnant or fat or whatever. I’ve stopped worrying about hiding the pooch, and I’m just letting it all hang out. :)
Movement: I don’t think so.
Gender: No clue. But, I’m very excited because we finally decided on a boy’s name this week. Now we are prepared for either…in terms of names, anyway.
Labor Signs: Thankfully, none.
Stretch Marks? No, ma’am.
Belly Button in or out? In.
Cravings/Aversions: Still craving fruit this week. And smoothies. Oh, and Chick-Fil-A. Red meat is still on the aversion list. Also, I walked by a house that was using Tide and am quite certain that I’ll never use it again. (You ask how I knew from the street? I now have a bionic sense of smell…) Before I got pregnant, I bought a box and thought it smelled SO good, but since about week 7 the smell has made me want to vomit. If anyone in the area wants half a box, there is one sitting in our shed that I would love to give to you.
What I miss: My skinny jeans and sunless tanning lotion. I’m going to be looking pretty white in Florida.
What I am looking forward to: Seeing my brother and Becky next week and showing off my belly to them for the first time.
Weekly Wisdom: Take pregnancy one day at a time.
Milestones: We schedule our big ultrasound on Wednesday. Let the countdown begin…

UGH, Tide! Laundry detergent smell, almost all of it, is foul. How can people not notice this? Its right up there with air "freshener."
I remember having to ask strangers to pump my gas when I was pregnant. I couldn't get close enough to the pump to touch it.
